We are greatful for your co-operation & faith with us . we are proud to tell you that now our company planet –7 international had made joint venture named “ PLANET –7 RUITONG VEHICLES CO., LTD “ THE SOLE DISTRIBUTOR OF INDIA & ALL ASIA & fulfill all the formalities an dated 1^st jan 2004 at china with Asian no. one two wheeler RUITONG MOTOR CO. LTD ( U.S.A. joint venture co.) .This agreement will be valid up to next 30 years. Regarding this joint venture we are starting one assembling factory in feb , 2004, address – I.M.T. MANESAR, NEAR HONDA SCOOTER PLANT, GURGAUM.(HARIYANA).It is 25 km far away from Delhi. Our initial investment is around 25 crore. The area of factory is 20000 squ.fit in that two assembling  machine are installed for production of electric vehicles, and 40 workers, 5 engineers are worked their. Our starting production target is 1000 unit per month. But the capacity of plant is 5000 unit per month. The price is made on the basis of customer satisfaction. In initial stage company can launch 7 models in market. From that 4 models have maximum speed up to 40 to 60 km per hours & other 3 models have maximum speed up to 25 to 40 km per hours This vehicle are launched in India first time. According  to Indian vehicle market this vehicle is more attractive & high technology. It will be also available in different designs & 7 metallic colours. The company want to sold 50000 unit (  fifty thousand only ) in year 2004 as an initial target.  If it will going well then company is also start mini plants at other required state. Mean while company’s management & managers are in touch with the central ministry of Indian government & Indian renewable energy department & Ministry of Non Conventional energy for discussion of exempt in sale tax & for subsidy Because it will be first time in India that planet –7 international is launching electric vehicle without petrol & pollution. So, Indian government may give some help to us. If they give positive answer then we will inform you by letter.
