BUSINESS POLICIES:

The details have been provided in a comprehensive manner in order to build our business relationship into a long and ever lasting one.

Information and records .While the one indicating Nett retail rates is confidential and strictly for your files, the other is the retail price list which may please be exhibited for your customer s information.

1.DELERSHIP: Authorised dealership is accepted against dealer deposit of Rs…………..only on which we offer an interest of 11% per annum . The interest released through credit notes only on 31^st of march every year and the same is adjusted in our subsequent documents.

2.PRICES:-

 .Our prices are based on F.O.R. Destination and strictly according to the current price list .although in……….

vogue considering our quality comparable to foreighn vehicles should be avoided .

3.DESPATCH:-

We execute our shipments strictly through bank approved road transport as the use of Railway is not suitable .

4.ORDER:- Our sales personal are always on the move to keep up the constant service and contact with

the dealers. On such visits ,it is suggested to utilise services to assist in planning your requirements for maximum PROFITS. However , should a parties wish to place his orders directly .

5.SUPPLIES:-

Normal process time for the orders is approximately 25 to 31 days but constant efforts are made to reduce it.However the parties should plan inventory and accordingly place their order on us.

6.FORM ‘

C’(FOR SOLE SELLING AGENTS/ SUPER STOCKIST) :-

The se declaration forms against bill ing of c.s.t. are generally requested for while negotiating documents through bank,failure of which attracts an extra payment of 6% being the difference. However, to facilitate the dealers , we suggest they issue us a blank form c duly signed on the reverse to enable us fill up the same on execution of each shipment for the value fixed . This action solves the problem to issue form c agains each invoice.

7.PAYMENT:- All documents are strictly negotiated through bank of parties choice except for those parties who choose to send payment in advance through demand draft payable at Vapi for the full value of the order .Our computerized documents alongwith the computerized invoice are invoice are comprehensive,giving all the relevant details .

Please make the payments exactly as per documents and in case of any discrepancy,the parties should write back to immediately for any clarifications required.

8:CASH DISCOUNT:-

We offer 2% cash discount for all the documents which are honored within 15 days of invoice date For all payments received in advance while placing orders entitled to 1%csah discount. We also offer 3% cash discount to the dealers who operate with us through irrevocable revolving letter of credit payable on sight.

9.INTEREST ON LATE PAYMENTS:-

For all documents honoured after 22 days of the invoice date, interest @11.5%per annum will be collected by the subject bankers. The details are mentioned on the documents.

10. DISHONOURING OF DOCUMENTS:- in the event of dealer not honouring the documents within 60 days from the invoice date,the shipment is recalled and all expenses incurred on the same are debited to the parties account. in addition ,10% handling charges levied. This also affects further association with the dealer.

11.GENERAL INFORMATION:

a). REVISION OF PRICES :

As a policy, the rates are revised only once a year but under the extreme pressures of raw material costs and

labor charges Increasing vertically, at times we have to review and revise the prices. This may be done without

a prior notice, as such the revised prices are applicable to all the orders in hand or received thereafter. However,

as per our general practice as has been in the past, we have always notified atleast 20-25 days in advance, also

offering the old rates for the orders pending and further- more for all the orders received alongwith full advance ..4

within 20 days of the notice date.

b). COMMUNICATION :

Most of our management functions are organized on computers which helps in maintaining frequent communication

with our Parties . They are kept well informed regarding all the relevant aspects of our products and developments.

c). WARRANTY :

Our products carry warranty for one year. Such information should strictly be sent to us within 7 days of receipt of

shipment. We regret our inability to accept shopsoiled or shop-damaged vehicles as also vehicles with indelible price

markings or any other decals used.

d). OUR LIMITATIONS :

We have a very large range of models and at times all the models and colors, as ordered by the parties are not

available and also not in current production. At these times, we do deviate to ensure timely supplies but to a limited

extent of about 5-10%. We expect parties to appreciate this fact and extend their co-operation.

CREDIT SUPPLIES, EVEN THROUGH HUNDI, ARE NOT WORKABLE.( as per party performance & our business relation, within 6-7 deal)
